Title: FL: Alternate US 41 in Naples?

I encountered this a week ago in Naples:

I didn't have a chance to investigate further while there, but I'm posting this in case someone has interest in gathering enough information to make a decision on whether this is something we should add to TM.

This is news to me.  Got GPS coordinates for this sign so I can go look at the area in StreetView?

No, but it's somewhere south and west of where 41 turns from N/S to more E/W in Naples.  Somewhere near 8th S/8th S.

Found the intersection.  It's 6th St S & 3rd Ave S.  StreetView was last there in Dec '14.  So, the signage is less than 2 years old.

So, as far as I can tell, it seems this "Alternate" route is setup to route you around this "NO LEFT TURN (https://goo.gl/maps/c5Gm5D6kBRy)" restriction, and not a real route in the spirit of this site.
