According to UDOT resolutions (https://www.udot.utah.gov/main/uconowner.gf?n=200609181658311), highway reference (https://maps.udot.utah.gov/uplan_data/documents/HRO/), and signage (https://i.imgur.com/VTiz6kn.jpg), SR 149 ends at the boundary of Dinosaur National Monument. TM has it ending at the museum within the monument about 2 miles further north, which was the case before 1987.
