Title: KY: recent KY1739 add

Did KY1739 recently go back into the HB due to signage, or recommission? Owen county's route listings (https://transportation.ky.gov/Planning/State%20Primary%20Road%20System%20Lists/Owen.pdf) show the route decommissioned in 2012. Actually, the last update of the listing is a month after that decommission, presumably to reflect that. Owen county's map (https://transportation.ky.gov/Planning/SPRS%20Maps/Owen.pdf) is more recently updated (2018), but still shows KY1739 as decommissioned. KYTC photolog viewer shows signs still there as of 2015, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were still there despite decommissioning. Long story short, unless something was very recently changed and it was recommissioned, KY1739 should not be in the HB.

AFAIK it hasn't been recommissioned, but it is signed. I'm checking with the KYTC to determine whether it's the decommissioning, or the remaining signage, that's erroneous.

Just received confirmation from KYTC that the signage has been removed, so out it goes.
