Title: NY: NY 46, NY 49, NY 316, NY 365 and NY 825 Minor Point Errors

NY 46:  NY69_N should be NY69_W (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.2287955,-75.4924496,3a,75y,350.98h,89.92t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sDu--NJph3yby7uo4yyNIVQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

NY 49:
1.  NY46_W should be NY46_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.2102336,-75.5884664,3a,75y,313.31h,90.93t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1snWMEwIC6ILAbPug70ynLUg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
2.  I think that EdicRd should be changed to Marcy-SUNY Pkwy (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.1291965,-75.2451468,3a,75y,107.11h,93.68t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sDdUZ6wUaTTH_dKNl3q65UA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) (I am unsure if MarSUNPkwy is correct).

NY 316:
1. This route should be flipped. The Hangar Rd & Brooks Rd roundabouts look pretty new, post-2015.

Checking for signage at the N end, there's no SB reassurance marker as NY825 begins. The shapefiles froggie directed (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=3742.msg19954#msg19954) me to are interesting -- right in the middle of the Mohawk River, some attributes drop the NY825 designation, and others keep it.
Taking a closer look at GMSV, there's no reassurance signage in 2015 either. There's NY825 signage on NY46 in both directions in the most recent imagery. A bit of an oddity, yes, but it looks like NY825 should not be truncated.

I clinched this as part of the Utica Meet Tour and you are correct.  The roundabouts are new, and the signage has not been changed coming from NY 46 NB.  I did not drive NY 46 SB in that area.
