Title: MN: MN 16, I-90 at La Crescent

MN 16 should be extended east from the intersection of 14/61 in La Crescent with those routes east to the state line. It is signed as such, carrying over from old US 16 and becoming WI 16.

Also, the I-90 bridge could use a reset at the state line, since it's moved slightly north: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=43.858084&lon=-91.299990

Bump - the extension of MN 16 doesn't appear to have happened yet.

A couple of comments here:

1.  The old root file for MN 237 needs to be removed from the updates entry so that it does not link to a weird place.
2.  US 14/61:  MN16>-MN16_W

Fixed that waypoint in my pull request today, so I'm moving this to completed.
