Title: NY: NY-112 suggestions

Should we have a point @ CR99 (Woodside Ave)?  It has a freeway alignment just to the West of it's intersection with NY-112.

Also, shouldn't we have a point for CR16 (Horseblock Rd) as well?  It directly connects to I-495 Exit #65.

Didn't bother with CR16 on "regional traveler" target (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/includepts.php#nottoinclude) grounds, as most traffic to/from I-495 would likely stay on NY112 itself. CR16 traffic would just be there for... some big box stores?
I considered & rejected a CR16 point on NY347 too.
