Title: NJ: NJ 173 in Hunterdon County Minor Point Errors

1.  I do not know how WPorAsbRd was determined from Asbury West Portal Road (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6594833,-75.03221,15.53z)

2. MecCorRd (seems to be OSM Error as well) should probably just be marked as CR 635 (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6360675,-74.9693349,3a,75y,274.03h,79.02t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sGSfLkspf_HI4-CYpJHolRw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656)  (road name here is Charlestown Rd)

I searched my NJ files, and CR6xx style labels weren't used in usanj; just a couple of US routes. IE, anywhere CR6xx points may have been included, the local road name would have been used instead. I've relabeled it ChaRd to match this convention.
