Just happened to take a look @ US64TrkBre (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?units=miles&r=nc.us064trkbre), and found out it's really posted as WB US-64 (and partially as SB US-276).
US-64/US-276 @ supposed 'eastern' end of the truck route (https://goo.gl/maps/3iBGzfRsVYD2KcMd6)
WB US-64/SB US-276 shields on North Caldwell Street (https://goo.gl/maps/FjYsYcGT7hZZiamp8)
EB US-64 is posted along what we currently have as mainline US-64 in that area.
A PDF that I found on the NCDOT website (https://xfer.services.ncdot.gov/imgdot/DOTCountyMaps/PDFs/Transylvania_CountyMap_Sheet02_Final_web.pdf) also claims that the 'Trk' route is really a Business Route, and is dated Oct '20, but I couldn't find any 'Business' shields in that area, just mainline ones.
So, what I suggest to change is the following:
Delete the US64TrkBre file completely.
The following changes to US-64 would be:
US64Trk_W -> CalSt_S
US276 -> US276_S (And center it between Caldwell & Broad) (the label change is due to it being the end of a multiplex)
US64Trk_E -> CalSt_N
The following changes to US-276 would be:
US64 -> US64_W (And center it between Caldwell & Broad) (the label change is due to it being the end of a multiplex)
US64Trk_E -> CalSt_N
