Title: VA: VA 254 Point Request

I would like to request a point for SR 792 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.1615561,-78.9857808,3a,75y,301.57h,81.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sy58G5KPr2F6xlYOh97ZVTQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) as I used it to connect to the northern end of VA 262 on Friday.  It is about .7 miles east of VA 262.

Also CoaSt should be CoaSt_N.
