SprRd should be SprHillRd (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.1871654,-79.0600805,3a,75y,54.27h,73.1t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1szVQNxv5jvA8xEgV1dOSKPA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

I would also be fine with SR613_N based on US 250 TRUCK (Staunton) file though SR613 would then need to be SR613_S.
