It appears that the PA 177 northern terminus (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.1713684,-76.827739,3a,75y,24.27h,69.23t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sH0-3piVqHDynEytETUvfXw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) was realigned as a part of an intersection improvement project at PA 262 in 2011 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pennsylvania_Route_177). Basically, it seems that PA 262 should just take over the Old York Rd point.
EDIT:Also the PA 262 point at PA 177 needs to be moved to the relocated intersection.
I believe this one may be newsworthy.

I also finally finished clinching PA 177 and PA 262 and noticed that this one was not done either.

Yes, this one is newsworthy. Going to put a little research into How To Do This Exactly Right.

The updates text is mildly clunky, but hey.
