Title: VA: VA 5 Minor Point Concerns

1.  OsbTpk should be OsbTpke (technically could also be OsbTpke_S).
2.  I would change VA895 to LabAve because of the intersection just to the south where Laburnum Ave leaves the roadway.
3.  The shaping point just west of SR 5000 should be replaced by SR 613 (Brick Bat Rd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.2552611,-76.8404771,3a,75y,14.88h,92.36t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1snwMTqTqhUVATp-JK6OjR9w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656). (The one that matters the most to me by far.)
