Title: GA GA111 Rerouted in Cairo

Going back and looking through some GMSV, it appears that GA-111 has been rerouted in Cairo.  It now stays on 4th Ave, turns left onto 5th St with GA-93 (old GA-188 routing), turns west onto US-84, and then turns right onto Broad St.
