I noticed in the datacheck that US 13 in Delaware has two points at the Maryland border. I assume this is showing up now because of my NMP fixes that included Delaware. But that seems like an odd thing to have. Why not just have MD/DE with DE54 as an alt label? Thoughts?

Given the states involved, I'm guessing that's something Tim put in for reasons only Tim could explain...

I did something similar with US-11W in VA because of US-421 starting/ending a multiplex right at the intersection where it leaves, but doesn't enter TN (but does later on).'

I just know that the TN/VA state line that is shown in OSM can't be 100% relied on, as I know for a fact, State Street has the border go straight down the center, and there are little markers in-bedded in the pavement in Downtown Bristol (yes, I have close up photos from during the NASCAR Street Fair they have on that street).

Since MD 54 changes to DE 54 right at US 13, and GMSV shows the state line following that route (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Delmar,+DE+19940/@38.4555414,-75.5581339,3a,55.4y,38.34h,83.08t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1swY46EKipAuxJFisSOb-Zyw!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DwY46EKipAuxJFisSOb-Zyw%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D66.37644%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x89b8fb56974cb497:0xce574a5ca5ccbb41!8m2!3d38.4565052!4d-75.5771471), I went ahead and changed it to what Jim suggested.
If anything, the state line is slightly north of DE/MD 54 at US 13, according to this Maryland DOT map (http://sha.maryland.gov/Gridmaps/GridMap_J17A.pdf). OSM concurs (http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/38.45485/-75.55910), but I think the difference is so negligible that adding a MD 54/DE 54 point to Maryland (and changing DE 54 to MD 54 there, contradicting signage (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.4554766,-75.5567325,3a,42.5y,100.78h,87.2t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sYdzEi6aTuKIEcT2HGL5YDg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656)) would be pointless.

North of the centerline, but basically along the northern pavement edge per GIS data.
But that's so close of a distance as to be negligible, as you suggested.
