Title: NC: US 64, NC 49, and NC 159 in the Asheboro Area

These are unrelated to the Asheboro Bypass itself.

NC 49:  NC42Ash should be just NC42.

NC 159:  I recommend looking deeper into replacing the shaping points with visible points in Asheboro itself.
