Title: NC: US 401, NC 42, and NC 55 in Fuquay-Varina

Looking at GSV, Judd Pkwy seems to be intended as a practical bypass around downtown Fuquay-Varina to the point that routes are being signed from it. (justifying point additions IMO)

OSM shows it will be a complete loop...wonder if routes will be moved to it, or worse Truck routes put on it

I see that you were put between a rock and a hard place for NC 55.  I guess that the best option there beyond what you did would be NEJuddPkwy and NWJuddPkwy.
