Title: OR: NMP on OR 99 at I-105 waypoint in Eugene

In Eugene, OR, the I-105 waypoint on OR 99 is not in the same place as the corresponding waypoint on I-105, OR 126 and OR 126 Bus Springfield. The I-105 waypoint on OR 99 should be moved to the position of the OR 99/126 waypoint on the I-105 wpt file.

Fixing in local copy; I-105 being synchronized to OR 126.

Un-marking as solved, since it doesn't look like this has been fixed yet. If you look at OR 99 in the highway browser, it still is not in the same place as the corresponding waypoint on I-105 and OR 126.
