Title: NC: US 17 BUS (Edenton) Minor Point Concern

The NC 32 points should be S and N (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.0685944,-76.6057958,3a,75y,21.71h,75.88t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s67brAvuJx6pQj185UXoBlA!2e0!7i3328!8i1664) instead of E and W.
