The PlaRd point doesn't appear to have a side road associated with it; I would suggest moving it slightly south to Stanly School Rd (a connection to US 52).

This was weird...I moved it to the shaping point which was at Plank Rd

Weirdly enough, it now looks like RebaDr is now not at a side road and should be made invisible.

I've updated. It's odd -- OSM makes it appear that Plank Rd is the connector, but my Gazetteer showed Stanly School Rd as the more "major" route. I'm fine with the updated location of Plank Rd.
