Title: MD: MD 564 east end incorrect in TM

Per the Maryland HLR, MD 564 ends where it did before MD 197 was moved - Race Track Rd at Normal School Rd.

Lloyd Station Rd is a county route in the HLR.

So the way I'm reading this it was truncated. 2016 HLR (https://www.roads.maryland.gov/OPPEN/2016%20Prince_Georges_HLR_web.pdf) has it going down Lloyd Station Road to the dead end. 2018 HLR (https://www.roads.maryland.gov/OPPEN/CO16_HLR.pdf) has it ending at Normal School Road, however given how the prior intersection is listed it seems it's the intersection of Normal School and Lloyd Station that's the end, not Normal School and Race Track.

Regardless, will fix.
