Title: VA: VA 337 Minor Point Concerns

1.  I would add a point at Shoulders Hill Rd (ShoHillRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.8195519,-76.4695377,3a,75y,149.29h,75.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sCIAB-uFsrvUJYarrIi5C7A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) due to the "TO US 17" shield.
2.  A point should be added at Elmhurst Ln (ElmLn) (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.8196709,-76.3808122,3a,37.5y,130.12h,91.26t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sO5CLk0bDi39HrGdEG8mJrg!2e0!5s20180601T000000!7i13312!8i6656) due to the "TO I-264" shield.
3.  I would change PorBlvd to PorBlvd_E.
4.  I would change BerAve to BerAve_E.
5.  PriAnnBlvd should be PriAnneRd.
6.  Should SeaRd be BAve (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9370526,-76.3183108,3a,75y,7.29h,89.55t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sK18NncQN1nTiDTu1Br--RA!2e0!5s20180601T000000!7i16384!8i8192)?
7.  Should AdmTauBlvd be AdmTauBlvd_W?
