Title: NC: NC 97 Point Concerns

1.  NewHopeChRd should be shortened.
2.  The shaping point between CoolSprRd and NewHopeChRd should be made to be a visible point.  Edgecombe County GIS (https://gis.edgecombecountync.gov/maps/default.htm) does not show any of NC 97 as Cool Spring Rd anymore, but as only a historical road name so messing with the correct CoolSprRd name is tricky even if it is not in-use.
