Title: LA 1174 endpoints

LA 1174 (http://LA 1174) has no signed cardinal directions that I can see in GMSV. Add in how it's operationally a branch route off a wrong-way multiplex, and maybe that's where the LA29/95_A and LA29/95_B labels came from. But this doesn't meet the more than two points for the same non-exit-numbered cross road (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#over2) threshold. Shouldn't we treat it as a de facto E-W route, and label the endpoints accordingly?
