Title: NC: NC 68 Minor Point Errors

This is unrelated to Wendover Ave (WenAve).

1.  MarCenRd should be MarCenDr (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.9311829,-80.0346346,3a,75y,57.24h,83.67t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sTM3Qt6ZI0kXjbnnXxXypgA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
2.  The points for NC 65 should be W and E (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.2452218,-79.9730516,3a,75y,69.97h,78.16t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1s3qCETIUWdGfR-YO2sD8_4Q!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3D3qCETIUWdGfR-YO2sD8_4Q%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D200.32951%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656) instead of S and N.

Relooking at the NC65 points, I think that NC65_W should be better centered.
