Title: MD: MD 2 and MD 648 (Severna Park)

Points should be added IMO where MD 648 and MD 2 have connections to/from each other by the Fishpaw's.

I need these points as a result of not realizing the mess with MD 648 with its sections split by US 50/US 301.

This is tricky on the MD2 side since there are already points labeled MD648_A through _E, the new one falls between _B and _C, and _C, _D, and _E are all in use.

I am going to call the new point just "MD648" (no letter)... as much as I don't like the sequence interruption, the tidy solution would mess up some list files.
