Title: NC: I-77 new exits (toll only ones)

Sadly, it seems they didn't give the 'dedicated' toll exits any numbers.  StreetView somewhat confirms this with the signage at Hambright Road partially being uncovered enough to see only just a "LEFT EXIT" tab.

Lakeview Road (between exits 16 & 18)
Hambright Road (between exits 19 & 23)

On a side note, US-21 (separate from I-77 in this area), will also need points added to both of those roads due to being connections to the new interchanges.
