Title: GA: US 19/US 41/GA 3 ChaWGraPkwy Area

It looks like the relocation of US 19, US 41, and GA 3 portion of the project has been done.

All that seems to be needed are points at the ends of the old alignment and moving ChaWGraPkwy to the future intersection. (http://mydocs.dot.ga.gov/info/designplans01/DesignPlansLibrary/0001817_0000001_CST.PDF)  Also the ChaWGraPkwy label needs to be shortened based on the manual.


Also, northwest of I-75, NCenAve on all three routes should be CenAve_N or NorCenAve_N.

It looks like I should have just stated that the OldDixRd points as currently located should be marked as closed.
