Title: MD: I-70 and MD 99

A shaping point should be added on I-70 between 83 and 87 (around the Bethany Ln overpass) to keep the line south of MD 99.

On MD 99 itself, I recommend replacing RalTavLn with a point at Bethany Ln (BetLn) (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.2982846,-76.8551624,3a,75y,250.71h,87.57t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1seQNCp4PSvXbYsU2P8D1g8Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).  Doing this in the WP Editor surprisingly adds 0.02 miles to the route.
