Title: IA: US61 points on the south side of Ft. Madison

Waypoint 12 (CRX53) is no longer an intersection.  Waypoint 13 (US61Bus/2) is on the old alignment and not at the new point where US61Bus and IA2 meet.

You are correct. Point for business route's south end is good, but I didn't move that to US 61 as well.
