Title: WI: US 141 Lena Points

I would think that the order of points here would be OldUS141Lena_S, CRA_Oco, OldUS141Lena_N, and then *OldUS141Lena.

Was OldUS141Lena_N ever a legitimate point because now it seems to not be at a road?  If not, then I prefer just changing the last point to a hidden shaping point.

Historic Aerials 2005 shows the build in progress.  It kind of looks like the closed former route point is on the wrong end of the curved new route there though.
