Title: NC: NC-251 realignment

Seems the bridge just south of it's intersection(s) with US-25/70 Business (Marshall) was replaced, requiring the road to be slightly be realigned both north and south of the new bridge.

Because of this, the 'US25Bus/70Bus_E' & 'US25Bus/70Bus_W' intersections also both got realigned.

I've fixed up the area in OSM, so it's now up-to-date, so new points can be properly acquired.  Since the realignement is slight, and probably within tolerance, I don't think an update entry will be required for this change.

Seems 'US25Bus/70Bus_E' is still offset at the old location for the intersection (maybe OSM wasn't fully updated and you got old cached tiles when you did the change?).

Would recommend putting it exactly here for that point in all 3 routes: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.777147&lon=-82.647749
