The routes here don’t meet at a single point. There’s a short overlap (https://goo.gl/maps/6kYLB3ayEBZwe4qM6). Seems like a good candidate for a roundabout if the buildings weren’t so close to the road.

I'll take a look. Is 3/10 of a mile among the shortest splits? I suppose one-block duplexes are shorter. This one's a little harder to pinpoint length with the Y intersection.

I think we had a 1/10th mile one in PA before an intersection was realigned.

PA 75/PA 850 is 0.03 miles. (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?units=miles&u=markkos1992&r=pa.pa075) PA 641/PA 997 is 0.14 miles. PA 641/PA 696 is 0.05 miles. (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?units=miles&u=markkos1992&r=pa.pa641&lat=40.142306&lon=-77.771493&zoom=19)
I think the one you are specifically referring to is the old US 422/PA 743 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?units=miles&u=markkos1992&r=pa.us422rea) concurrency in Hershey. (marked as 0.05 miles) I could probably find 100 more short PA concurrencies if I wanted to.
