The exit at IL 23 is complete and open to traffic.

Noted. I'll get a point on IL 23 as well.

PS: Anyone who has the old names instead of the exit numbers on I-90, it'd help me to clean up the file if the point names got switched. Not a pressing issue, I just see that one of my points has two old names still in use.
