It looks like most of what needs to be done here is move the existing points north (except for CRE66 which according to OSM may be closed).

This will happen when I send a new US 30 file with exit numbers, but Iowa is taking a back seat to Wisconsin. Yes, the four-lane alignment is entirely new and the two-lane will be torn up. The E66 junction is moving a mile east.
