Title: NC: I-95BL Fayetteville, US 301 overlap is incorrect

I noticed this morning that there's a goof in the overlap of I-95 BL and US 301. I had US 301 clinched through the region, but it wasn't giving me credit for I-95 BL between NC 162 and  GilSt (where the route diverges from Gillespie St). Trouble seems to be that I-95BL also has a waypoint for Owen Dr, just south of Gillespie St, and so the system doesn't recognize the routes as overlapping (there's no indication of a concurrent US 301 at the Owen Dr waypoint). I guess the Owen Dr waypoint should be added to US 301 to make it work. Thanks.

Also both routes need a point added at the Middle Rd (MidRd) interchange  (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.0597494,-78.849239,3a,75y,103.64h,81.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjNu7fSfgWchFnCLmSgru7g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192)farther north.
