Question somewhat based on below thread: (ironically involving PA 117)
http://tm.teresco.org/forum/index.php?topic=439.0 (http://tm.teresco.org/forum/index.php?topic=439.0)
Should the directions on the points for VA 117 be switched? (I found no true rule on a route intersecting another route twice or mote (without a concurrency), but it seems to be that usually it would be based on the main route orientation (as in the south point here would be VA117_S and the north point be VA117_N, here it is switched for whatever reason.) The VA 117 file shows its intersections with US 11 as US11_S and US11_N as it would make sense.

It would make more sense for them to switch, but since US 11 has been an active file for a long time, if I switch them I can't retain the old label names which may mess up somebody's file. If someone can confirm nobody lists either VA 117 point in the Virginia US 11 file I will switch them...

On VA US11, both VA117_S and VA117_N are in use.
IMO the proper thing to do would still be to switch them, and make an updates item listing the newsworthy change.

I just remembered that I was using VA117_S for the record. I did look at the stats added to the US 11 pages and it seems to be that only one file is using each label name(myself for VA117_S and someone else for VA117_N) based on calculations via the percentages.

I have switched them and put in my queue for submission
