Title: WA: WA 110 Spur

Seem a bit weird that WA 110 Spur is missing, as it is a fairly long and distinct route (2.7 miles), serving a popular beach in Olympic NP instead of the Quileute Reservation.

It's even well-signed for a rural WA route:

Back when I was creating the Washington State Highway routes, the on-line references I had indicated that this highway was not signed. Now with proof of it being signed, it should be in the HB, running from WA 110 to the National Park boundary, according to the highway log.
