Title: IN: US 24 Point Errors (US 231 to US 224/IN 5)

1.  IN9/37 should just be IN9_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8777387,-85.5319633,3a,75y,235.47h,80.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sa4tRXm9fsA1iPM-0bjrVcg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
2.  LagRd should be CR300E (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8489936,-85.7383037,3a,15y,117.27h,84.21t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sqK6FhP7BfRCmqbySkTj6-Q!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) (but it would be a duplicate label error).
3.  The US24AltWab points should probably be US24BusWab, but I think that US 24 BUS (Wabash) needs to be reverified of its existence.  It seems to still be posted in Wabash.
4.  I am unsure about US 24 BUS (Peru) as well, but it seems to be posted in Peru.
5.  MexRd should be US31Bus (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7732633,-86.0801299,3a,75y,300.95h,100.67t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjK8GJvtTDV7vzo_TSnA8fw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656), but US 31 BUS (Peru) seems to end at US 24 or not (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.844092,-86.1285014,3a,75y,202.06h,90.4t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1szIs0tiPn5EpOflBiVvahUQ!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DzIs0tiPn5EpOflBiVvahUQ%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D325.97073%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656).

Drove Business US 24 in both Wabash and Peru last year for the purposes of clinching.

Wabash: Only signs are at the intersections with IN 15 and IN 13 indicating which direction BUS US 24 goes.  No markers at all along the route nor at either connection with US 24, so I have no idea whether or not this route still exists.  Nothing is signed as ALT US 24 despite what Google Maps says.

Peru: Signed only within the city limits of Peru.  Not signed at either end.

Logansport: IN 435 no longer exists and hasn't for a while.  IN 329 went away but came back.
