Title: NC: NC 4 Label Errors

1. OdeLilRd should be OdeLitRd (clarified via Warren County GIS (https://maps2.roktech.net/ROKMAPS_Warren/)).
2.  MedMtnStaParkRd needs to be shortened. (probably should match whatever best fits NC 561 as well, the label on NC 561 here at the moment is MedMouRd)
