Title: NC: US 64 BUS (Nashville) Point Concerns

1.  RaiAve should be BarSt_S  (for Barnes St) (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.9699725,-77.9714043,3a,75y,70.6h,85.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1srmoQhg32Jw6zT2_QQkNZ5w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
2.  WasSt should be WasSt_E.
3.  A point should be added at EasAve_E where US 64 BUS turns to head to US 64.
