Title: NC: US 70 BUS (Durham) Minor Point Concerns

Neither of these affect NC 98 or are related to the East End Connector.

1.  I recommend changing 9thSt to MarAve (Markham Ave) to avoid the direction in the label.
2.  I recommend adding WatSt (Watts St) at the west end of the directional split in downtown.
