Title: QC: A-720 downgraded to new Montreal segment of QC 136

Quebec Autoroute 720 has officially been downgraded to Route 136 (back in April).

Thanks, I was wondering when this was going to happen.

Moved to Updates to Highway Data, to be fixed along with the conversion of part of QC 185 to an extension of Autoroute 85 in Saint-Antonin (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=4437.0).
