Title: NC: I-85/US 70 at NC 147

I think moving the points at this interchange to the coordinate (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=36.033475&lon=-78.965306) should fit the oddity of US 70 BUS (Durham) in Mapview from looking like it crosses I-85/US 70 here.
