Title: NY: I-88 and NY 7

The line for I-88 in Mapview briefly goes north of NY 7 east of Exit 6 even though NY 7 stays north of I-88 here.

NY NY7 SorRd was incorrectly named, so I removed it. NY7 still within tolerance.

There's another conflict area between I-88 & NY-7.

'+X08' on I-88 is currently outside of the ROW.  Because of this, it almost connects with NY-7 which has a shaping point just after NY-41.

Would recommend re-centering '+X08' on I-88 and moving it a tic farther south at the same time to help fix up this area.
