Title: OH: OH 162 Eastern Terminus

It looks like OH 162 may have been truncated to OH 18 (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.0857964,-81.5203622,3a,75y,28.97h,92.46t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sXGcYqEazKIRydrfyshPq9A!2e0!5s20160801T000000!7i13312!8i6656) on its east end instead of being concurrent with OH 18 to OH 261.  (On OH 18, OH162_E could potentially be just plain OH162.)
