Title: OH: OH 28 Western Terminus

Checking the SLDs (https://www.transportation.ohio.gov/static/Programs/TechServices/SLD/SR/0028/SCLESR00028.pdf) and signage at the US 50/OH 28 intersection (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.1769254,-84.2869786,3a,75y,294.47h,70.93t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s54d2qyPRxLpKtMBGTFmylg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656), it looks like OH 28 is not concurrent with US 50 to OH 126.    (This change would make US50_Mil on OH 28 be US50_W, otherwise US50_Mil should be US50_MilE)  (also maybe remove the shaping point east of US50_Mil)


Hopefully, this will be the last one of these questions that pop up, but who knows what I may see during the Cleveland Meet?
