Title: OH: OH 172 in Massilon

Wouldn't it make sense to have a point on OH 172 at Lillian Gish Blvd, as that's the direct connection to/from OH 21 (and we have the corresponding point on the OH 21 list)?

Also suggest moving the I-77 point in Canton for a graph connection.
