Title: VA: VA 154 Point Concerns

1.  There should be a visible point at Chestnut St (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.7821067,-79.9915786,3a,75y,21.05h,105.07t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sd-MMfhjDF2lS1-6RvWDE2g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) as it is the signed access to US 60 and US 220.  I am unsure on how I feel about the hidden shaping point.
2.  LocAve should be LocSt (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.7891866,-79.9983142,3a,37.5y,175.91h,79.48t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1smGzEA9vwPqIJ7-xxdeOD-Q!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

US 60/US 220:  The VA154 labels should be changed into RivSt (US 60) and HicSt (US 220).

This one was not done.  The rest are good.
