Title: VA: VA 373 at US 11

I went to clinch VA 373 yesterday, and I noticed that this intersection was moved west at some point.  (Also a VA373 point needs to be added to US 11 even though VA 373 is not posted there.  VA 373 is still posted on VA 100.)
