Title: TX: TX 349 Extension to US 87/US 180

It looks like TX 349 was extended to US 87/US 180 (https://www.google.com/maps/@32.7077696,-101.9275908,3a,37.5y,168.18h,94.23t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sGEr-fADNa5YAdDOcy8vD8Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) over the last few years.  Wikipedia states that this happened in 2019 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_State_Highway_349).
